Today I ran up to Haley's school to put a snack in her backpack and put a little sunscreen on her before P.E. (she has been coming home sunburned and teachers are not allowed to help put on sunscreen.). Haley was at recess so Evan and I met her outside.
A little girl ran up...that we didn't know and said, "Excuse me. You have one cute little fella!" Evan was being super shy and wouldn't even look at her. But, it was so sweet.
And, of course as the day would go, he isn't such a cute little fella anymore. He took a huge fall onto the sidewalk last night when running around in the front yard leaving a gigantic goose egg on his forehead. Poor guy.
Oh how things change in an instant.
