Evan was baptized at a service in the Chapel at Christ Church yesterday. There were nine children baptized in a quick, but beautiful service. The sweetest moment was when Jed held Evan in his arms and baptized him in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Evan just looked up at him with huge eyes as his father smiled down on him. I know his heavenly Father was smiling down on him too. Evan is blessed to have three godparents to pray for him and help us raise him up as a child of God. Chris and Kristie Lipper as well as our adopted grandmother, Fran Bostwick. Praise God that we don't have to raise him alone:)
