"The days are long but the years are short!" I don't know where the last five years have gone. I still remember the snowy day in Sewickley, PA when you were born. After my water broke at 5 am and we walked Mollie up and down the streets of Ambridge in the snow, we drove to Starbucks, ordered coffee for Jed then made the trip to the hospital. A few hours later (and two weeks early) you made your entrance into the world!
You are full of joy, something I pray for you every day. Your eyes twinkle and your heart is beautiful. I love watching your imaginative, creative spirit grow each day. Your love for learning is wonderful and your heart for your friends delights me. You don't walk through life, you skip always full of faith and hope for the day. I am thankful for your sensitive spirit that needs gentle correction and careful attention. This year you have loved playing with your dolls, putting together puzzles, playing connect the dots, doing artwork, dressing up and dancing. I love watching you grow and am so blessed to be your mom.
Evan, Daddy and I are so proud of you and the joy that you are to us and many others. Happy Birthday Sweet Haley!
